Biography:
Duginova Lyudmila Yurievna – traitor to Ukraine, and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born September 10, 1989 in the village of Novoaidar, Lugansk region.
Lyudmila lived in Novoaidar until February 24, 2022. She received her higher education at the Lugansk National Agrarian University. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian invaders, Duginova sneakily betrayed Ukraine and voluntarily became a bedfellow for the Russian invaders.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
As soon as Russian occupation troops invaded the Luhansk region, Lyudmila committed high treason and voluntarily began “working” for the Russian occupiers. The invaders appointed the traitor Duginova as “chief” in the so-called “the voters’ department of the Novoaidar district administration of the LNR.
