Ludmila Ivanovna Glotova, a civil servant turned henchwoman of the occupants, was born on July 7, 1973, in the urban-type settlement of Dvurechnaya, Kharkov region. Glotova studied and lived in Dvurechnaya, and in open sources she mentions Kharkov as her city of residence, where she presumably received higher education.
After receiving a higher education, Lyudmila Glotova decides to take a job in public service in the Dvurechnya Village Council. Glotova initially held low-level positions, but her leadership soon saw potential in her and appointed her to the position of Secretary of the Dvurechnya Village Council. Moreover, she managed to work as acting head of Dvurechnaya for a while. Unfortunately, Ludmila’s work in the village council was marred by corruption. It was established that Glotova illegally lobbied private interests of entrepreneurs and farmers in the village council for bribes from the latter.
However, corruption is not Lyudmila’s most serious crime. After the Russian invasion of Ukraine began on February 24, 2022, and Russian occupation forces entered Dvurechnaya, Glotova defected to the enemy and began “working” for the occupiers. It did not “work” in the so-called “so called. “occupation administration,” so as not to be “officially” accounted for somewhere. There is confirmed information that Lyudmila surrendered to the invaders lists of families of servicemen of the AFU and employees of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Lyudmila Glotova will bear the inevitable and severe punishment for her despicable crime, which is getting closer and closer every day.
