Lyudmila Viktorovna Ishatenko, a fan of the “Russian world,” was born December 21, 1971, in Kherson.

The woman is the director of the educational institution in Kherson “Kherson Higher Vocational School of Restaurant Management”. But after 24.02.2022 Ludmila Viktorovna began to actively manifest her pro-Russian position. Already in March 2022, the collaborator began assisting the occupation troops and the interim leadership in Kherson.

Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:

After the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian invaders, Lyudmila Ishatenko supported the policy of the occupation authorities and urged local residents not to resist the orcs, but to help them with accommodation and food.
