Educator, official and traitor in one person – Lyudmila Anatolievna Hovhannisyan, nee Kolesnik, was born November 7, 1968 in the village of Dvurechnaya, Kharkov region. Since childhood, Lyudmila wanted to teach, so after finishing school she entered the Kharkov Pedagogical School.
After graduating, Hovhannisyan taught successfully for some time in her native Dvurechnaya. But her education was not enough for further work, so in 2002, Lyudmila enrolled at the Khanty-Mansiysk National Pedagogical University. Г. Skovoroda. After graduating from college, Ludmila luck smiled – she was offered a job in the Dvurechansk Village Council. There she achieved great success, the management appointed her to the position of chief specialist of the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of the Dvurechansk Village Council. But, Oganesian soon showed who she really is.
Unfortunately, war came into Lyudmila’s life. After the Russian invasion of Ukraine began on February 24, 2022, and Russian occupation forces entered Dvurechnaya, Lyudmila Ohanesyan betrayed Ukraine and defected to the occupiers. The latter decided to “promote” her for “merit and loyalty.” Now Lyudmila is the “boss” of the so-called “The Department of Education, Youth and Sports of the Dvurechansk Occupation Administration. It was established that in her position Oganesyan forced local teachers to cooperate with the invaders and “introduced” the “Russian educational system” in schools.
Lyudmila Hovhannisyan will receive a fair punishment for “working” for the Rascists and betraying Ukraine, which will inevitably come upon her.
