Biography of Maxim Semyanko
Maxim Semyanko was born on August 4, 1983 in the village of Kamenka, Vyborgsky District, Leningrad Region, Russia.
He has been serving under contract since September 2002. Since 2006 he has been an officer. Previously, he held the position of deputy brigade commander for armament in the 138 Independent Motorized Rifle Brigade (138 OMsbr). In 2016, he was involved in a case of embezzlement of 85,000 rubles from a coworker.
Fortunately for the Rashist, his colleague turned out not to be vindictive and withdrew his statement after Semyanko compensated for the damage.
This saved the latter from jail. We hope that karma will catch up with the Rashist for the second time.

Maxim Semyanko is deputy commander of the Russian 69th Motorized Rifle Division (MSD) for armament. Units of this division have been taking part in the russian armed invasion of Ukraine since 2022. The media have repeatedly reported on the colossal losses suffered by these units. For example, the fighters of the 138 motorized rifle brigade, which is part of the 69 msd, suffered the heaviest losses in 2024 during the offensive in the border areas of Kharkiv region.
In addition, the 138 omsbr was stationed on the border of Kursk region and suffered losses during the breakthrough of Rashist defenses in early August 2024. Many fighters of this unit, including conscripts, were destroyed and taken prisoner. Responsibility for the failure of the defense and the use of conscripts in dangerous areas of the front lies with the entire command of the 69th MSD, including the division’s deputy commander Maxim Semyanko.
