Maria Sergeevna Astakhova, an accomplice of the Russian invaders, was born on October 31, 1991, in the city of Mariupol, Donetsk Oblast.
Maria Astakhova worked as a commissioned photographer for various events, and was also a photojournalist at Azovstal plant. But after the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian occupation troops on February 24, 2022, Maria Sergeevna became engaged in collaborating with the enemy and collaborationism.
After the arrival of the occupiers, the woman began to actively support the ideology of the “Russianworld,“ aided and abetted the activities of the occupiers on the territory of Ukraine.
The traitor then voluntarily defected to the Russian occupiers and agreed to work as a photographer for the press service of the occupation administration in Mariupol.
The traitor now works closely with the occupation authorities and provides information support for the activities of the occupation administration in Mariupol.
Helping the occupants, the collaborator Astakhova Maria Sergeevna signed her own sentence. And for treason and aiding and abetting the enemy, she faces imminent punishment and a fair time behind bars.
