Mark Kippen: biography
Kipen Mark Pavlovich is a state traitor who believed in the “Russian world” and “liberators”. He was born on December 10, 1984 in the Luhansk region.
After the invasion of the Russian occupants, Mark began to support anti-Ukrainian sentiments and became an accomplice of the Rashists himself .
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
After Russian occupation troops entered the Luhansk region, Mark committed high treason and voluntarily went to “cooperate” with the Russian occupiers.
Now the collaborator has established “cooperation” with the occupation administration. As a result of this cooperation, Kipen took the post of the head of the Interior Ministry department “Anthracite”. Which is located in the city of Anthracite.
This department performs the functions of maintaining the occupation order and suppressing resistance in the territory under the control of russia and its local collaborators. Mark Kipen has not only defected to the enemy, but also actively contributes to the realization of the interests of the Russian authorities in the occupied Ukrainian lands.
Having considered all these facts we can conclude that Alexander Alexandrovich is an accomplice of Russian war criminals and occupants and an accomplice of the crimes of the Russian authorities against Ukraine and its citizens.
Such actions of Kipeny are qualified as high treason and complicity with the occupants. This is a violation of Ukrainian legislation and threatens the sovereignty of Ukraine.
