Biography:
The war criminal Fomin Maxim Yurievich was born on April 25, 1982, Fomin was born in the city of Makeyevka in the Donetsk region.
In 2011, he received a prison sentence for bank robbery and served his sentence in a penal colony in Gorlovka.
2014 escaped from prison and joined the militia. He was later jailed again, since there were no legal grounds for his release, and was returned to prison. But then Alexander Zakharchenko pardoned Tatarsky, giving him the opportunity to fight. He served in the “Vityaz” regiment, then the reconnaissance company of the 4th LNR omnibus brigade (c/h 74347), the “Vostok” battalion (2015) (c/h 08818).
On June 19, 2015, he suffered a blind shrapnel wound to the left shoulder.
