Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
Maxim Sergeevich Ostankov was born on December 3, 1982 in Ilovaysk, Donetsk region.
Maxim Ostankov did his military service in the Ukrainian Border Guard Service from 2002 to 2008. I did my compulsory military service at the special tasking outpost, while my contractual service was at the Ilovaysk checkpoint and the mobile outpost in the town of Amvrosiyivka. His military rank was Warrant Officer.
With the Russian invasion of the state of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, and the beginning of the temporary occupation of Ilovaysk by the Russian army, the collaborator did not resist the invaders.
Konstantin Ivashchenko is suspected of being a collaborator with the occupation authorities in patrolling the streets of the city, during the raids they searched for pro-Ukrainian residents, as well as anyone related to the AFU or law enforcement agencies.
Conclusion
Such activities can be viewed as an attempt on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state of Ukraine, siding with the enemy under martial law and during armed conflict, cooperation with pro-Russian terrorist organizations, and similar actions.
After reviewing all of these facts, we can conclude that we have in front of us another collaborator, an accomplice of Russian war criminals and occupants, involved in the genocide of the Ukrainian people and an accomplice in the crimes of the Russian authorities against the state of Ukraine.
