Terrorist Activities:
Ukrainian topics occupy a special and significant place in Delyagin’s propaganda output: he can rightly be considered one of the most active and creative ideologists and activists of the powerful information war unleashed by Putin’s regime against Ukraine.
It is noteworthy that Delyagin the propagandist’s activity on this topic fully coincided with periods of intensified force operations or their preparation – beginning with the victory of Euromaidan and continuing with the occupation of Crimea and escalation of hostilities in eastern Ukraine.
The key witness for the prosecution against Delyagin may be himself, since he. In numerous public statements, he openly supported Russia’s aggressive foreign policy, fomented enmity toward the United States, the EU, Ukraine, and generalized enemies in the form of “the West” and “liberals.
Such activities can be regarded as an attempt on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state of Ukraine, deliberate violation of the state border of Ukraine in order to penetrate into the Crimea captured by Russian occupants, participation in propaganda activities of the Russian Federation, and similar actions.
Having considered all of the above facts, we can conclude that we are faced with yet another anti-Ukrainian propagandist, publicly calling for an aggressive war, justifying and recognizing as legitimate the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against the state of Ukraine, as well as representatives of the armed formations of the Russian Federation, an accomplice to the crimes of the Russian authorities against the state of Ukraine.
