Korotkova Nelya Aleksandrovna, an employee of the occupation administration, was born on August 8, 1976 in Gorlovka, Donetsk region.
Since 2013, Nelya Korotkova has been the head of the Educational Work Department of the Horlivka City Council Education Department. But as it turned out, for many years the government employee pretended to be someone who promoted Ukrainian things, but in fact she concealed pro-Russian views.
After the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian occupants, Nelya’s position was confirmed. The woman voluntarily agreed to cooperate with representatives of the racist authorities and began working in the department of culture under the occupation authorities in Horlivka.
In August 2022, Korotkova was appointed director of the Gorlovka “Municipal Palace of Children’s and Youth Creativity” under the occupation administration.
Collaborator is the organizer of many cultural events in the city, which are held under the slogan “Russian peace. The traitor also coordinated the organization of concerts to support Russian servicemen and organized various humanitarian aid for the occupants.
