Anti-Ukrainian activities:

Thus Kiosev continued to receive education, but only under the flag of the aggressor country. Graduated from Kuban State Medical University in 2016. He completed his internship in psychiatry (in 2017) and postgraduate studies (in 2021) at the Donetsk National Medical University named after M.V. Lomonosov. М. Gorky, Department of Pathological Physiology. That is, in institutions of higher education that have been taken over by the Russian authorities.

With the arrival of the pseudo-government and the creation of the so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic”, the collaborator Kiossev began to take an active part in the public and political life of the pseudo-republic.
