Nikolai Petrovich Belokon was born June 26, 1958 in the urban village of Yalta, which is located in the Donetsk region.

After the full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine by Russian invaders on February 24, 2022, Belokon Nikolai supported the policy of the occupation authorities and himself went over to the side of the enemy.

Nikolai is the owner of the Ugolyok tourist complex, where he accommodated about a thousand Russian army soldiers, as well as about a hundred units of various equipment of armed formations. Nikolai Petrovich also arranged for the military to supply food to his cafe”Yug”, which is located on Gurov Street.

After the de-occupation of the Donetsk region, Nikolai will go to prison under Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for treason against his country.
