Biography:
The abettor of the Rashist illegal activities and participant of the fake voting process in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region – Oksana Petrovna Yevmenova was born in the town of Nova Kakhovka, Kherson region. In 1989, she graduated from Novokakhovskaya secondary school No. 9. She also connected her working life with the sphere of education. She has a pedagogical education.
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian invaders in February 2022, the adherent of the “Russian world” showed her anti-Ukrainian position and openly supported the arrival of the “liberators.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
After the invaders came to the territory of Kherson region, Oksana Petrovna began to praise the “Russian world” and advocated the annexation of Kherson region to Russia. Actively disseminated narratives of Russian propaganda. Was directly involved in the pseudo-referendum processes. She supported the policy of the occupation authorities on the territory of Kherson region and immediately adapted to the new “rules of law” of the pseudo officials. She agreed to switch to Russian educational standards and got a new position from the Russian occupiers.
Participation in pseudo-elections in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine:
In July 2023, Kazantseva, a collaborator of the Rashists, agreed to “serve the occupiers” and decided to become an organizer of the “day of unified voting” in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region. As part of the non-legitimate event, collaborator Yevmenova conducted propaganda campaigns to lure the local population to participate in the “elections”. As the “head of the territorial commission No. 12” of Novokahivka municipal district, she went around the houses of local residents in the presence of “people in uniform” and forced those who even had Ukrainian passports to vote.
Made a choice in favor of the aggressor country, Oksana Petrovna Yevmenova signed her own verdict. After all, for treason and encroachment on the territorial integrity of Ukraine, the woman will answer to the law and will be punished according to the highest measures of justice.
