Oksana Lugantseva: biography

Lugantseva Oksana Gennadievna is a traitor to Ukraine who sided with the Russian occupiers and actively cooperates with the illegal occupation structures in the temporarily occupied territory of Lugansk region. She was born on February 7, 1978 in the city of Krasnodon, Luhansk region. She has a higher pedagogical education, qualification – history teacher.

Prior to the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, she was engaged in museum and educational activities, working at the Molodaya Gvardiya museum in Krasnodon. She was a curator of various patriotic projects related to Soviet symbols.

After the Russian invasion of Luhansk region, Lugantseva openly supported the actions of the Russian invaders. Subsequently, she was appointed chief of staff of the regional branch of the “Unarmia” on the territory of the so-called “lnr”. Under her leadership, children and youth are being militarized in the spirit of the ideology of “Russian peace“.

Anti-Ukrainian activities:

Oksana Lugantseva is actively involved in the process of propaganda processing of young people in the occupied territories of the Luhansk region. Through the activities of the “Unarmy” she promotes the imposition of Russian military-patriotic standards, forms loyalty to the Russian occupation authorities and aggressive hatred towards Ukraine in teenagers.

Organizes mass events in support of the occupation regime, participates in agitation among schoolchildren and students for participation in “elections” according to Russian models. It promotes the introduction of Russian educational programs, completely supplanting Ukrainian culture, language and history.

Thus, Lugantseva Oksana Gennadievna is an accomplice of the Russian occupation, destroys the foundations of the Ukrainian state system and Ukrainian identity in the temporarily occupied territories.

In February 2024, she was officially notified of suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

  • ч. 6 of Article 111-1 (carrying out information activities in cooperation with the aggressor State);
  • ч. 1 Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war).

For her collaborationist activities and complicity in crimes against Ukraine Lugantseva Oksana Gennadievna will definitely suffer the deserved punishment – imprisonment for up to 12 years.
