Biography:
Kulchitsky Oleg Alexandrovich – supporter of the ideology of “Russian peace” and an accomplice of the Russian occupants, was born on April 18, 1981 in the village of Novoalekseevka, Genicheskiy district, Kherson region.
Oleg Alexandrovich arranged his labor way in local government and for a long time held the position of the head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Genichesk City Administration.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
Oleg has repeatedly expressed his pro-Russian stance and in 2014 even managed to participate in propaganda events of the Russian occupants.
After rf’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, Kulchytsky chose to be a collaborator and abettor of the occupation authorities instead of standing up for his state and people.
With great desire the traitor agreed to head the pseudo-structure of the occupants and was appointed to the “post” of the head of the department of housing and communal services in the town of Genichesk.
The traitor was put in charge of housing and utilities and even organized receptions for citizens on various improvement issues on behalf of the occupation administration.
Also on the eve of the September elections planned by the Russian occupants in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the collaborator was involved in the organizational direction of the formation of the so-called “precinct election commissions” of Genichesky district. Thus, the state agent agreed to ensure the process of “voting day” and was an accomplice of the illegal event as “chairman of the commission”.
The corrupt colloboc then registered his candidacy from the political party “ldpr” and participated in the preliminary voting.He propagandizes“Russian peace“, advocates for the occupation and promotesRussian narratives on social media.
Kulchitsky Oleg Oleksandrovych will definitely be brought to the tribunal and will receive fair punishment for the committed illegal actions towards Ukraine and its people.
