State servant and traitor in one person – Oleg Mikhailovich Lakhmatov, was born on April 16, 1968 in the village of Lvovoye, Kherson region. Oleg studied at school No. 1 in Lviv. After graduating high school, Lakhmatov is drafted for military service in the Coast Guard. He served on the border patrol ship Rubin, which was stationed on the territory of the RSFSR, now the Russian Federation.
After demobilizing from the army, Oleg Lakhmatov entered the Academy of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine. After graduation, Oleg moved to Beryslav, where he served in the local department of the GIS of Ukraine of the Beryslav District Department of Justice. By the way, Oleg “distinguished himself” in the service – in 2014 he was accused of taking a bribe, was convicted, but he managed to escape to the illegally annexed Crimea, where he continued to hide from Ukrainian law enforcement officers.
In 2022, after the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Russian representatives offered Oleg Lakhmatov to “work it off” for helping him escape justice. Oleg agreed and betrayed Ukraine. The invaders appointed him “headman” of the so-called “Lviv Occupation Administration. Now the criminal and renegade Lakhmatov carries out all the orders of his new “masters” and directly participates in the bullying of the invaders against the former villagers, and agitates the latter to cooperate with the so-called “masters” in every way possible. “occupation administration.”
Oleg Lakhmatov faces imminent and fair retribution for his crimes and betrayal, which is approaching with each passing day.
