Russian war criminal Oleg Yevgenyevich Romanenko was born on October 5, 1963.
O.E. Romanenko graduated from the Thermal Power Engineering Department of Tomsk Polytechnic Institute in 1986 with a degree in Nuclear Power Plants. He was assigned to the Balakovo NPP in the Saratov region, where he worked his way up to the position of chief engineer from August 1986 to October 2022.
On October 5, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree accepting the facilities of the Zaporizhzhya NPP into federal ownership of the Russian Federation. At the same time, Oleg Evgenievich Romanenko, who had previously been chief engineer at Balakovo NPP, was appointed new director of the plant.
In the evening of 12.03.2022, theRosatomcorporation carried out a raider takeover of the Zaporizhzhia NPP. However, Oleg Romanenko, chief engineer of Balakovo NPP, was identified among the invaders. Oleg is the most real accomplice to the crimes of the Russian authorities against Ukraine.
Romanenko will answer for his actions against Ukraine, as will his accomplices. Special cells in maximum security prisons are prepared for people like him.
