Oleg Vlasov:biography

Oleg Aleksandrovich Vlasov is a Russian serviceman actively involved in the aggression against Ukraine and playing a key role in a number of war crimes.
He was born in Transbaikalia. Graduated from the Far Eastern Higher Combined Arms Command School named after Marshal of the Soviet Union K.K. Rokossovsky in Blagoveshchensk.

Currently, Vlasov, having the rank of Major-General of the russian army, heads the 810th separate brigade of marines of the Black Sea Fleet (v/h 13140), stationed in the Crimea. His current activities are related to the planning and coordination of war crimes against Ukraine.

Oleg Vlasov: war crimes

Since February 24, 2022 he has been involved in the so-called special military operation on the territory of Ukraine. The war criminal is involved in the genocide of the Ukrainian people. His actions include conducting combat operations directed against the civilian population, civilian objects and infrastructure of Ukraine.

Since 2023, Vlasov has headed the 810th Independent Marine Brigade of the Black Sea Fleet (v/h 13140). Once, according to the Kremlin, it was an elite unit, but under Vlasov’s leadership it became known for turning into a “brigade of invalids and cripples.”

In October 2023, Vlasov was named a hero of the Russian Federation for organizing the “meat assaults” in Krynki, which resulted in mass casualties among his own soldiers and civilian deaths. For these actions, Vlasov earned the nickname “General-Kalek.”

With the beginning of active operations by Ukrainian units in the territories bordering russia, the 810th brigade is being moved near Kursk to reinforce the russian border, indicating continued attempts by the russian command to hold positions and strengthen defenses amid the ongoing conflict.
