Olga Osipenko: biography

Olga Nikolayevna Osipenko is a traitor and collaborator who defected to the occupants during the temporary occupation of Kherson region.

She was born on September 26, 1982 in Kustanai, Kazakhstan.

Before Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, she was actively engaged in political activity. In 2016, Osipenko tried to run for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 8th convocation as a self-nominee, but was not elected. In different years, she worked as an assistant to Ukrainian MPs, including Fedor Negoi, Andriy Odarchenko and Ilya Kiva.

During her time in Ukrainian government agencies, Osipenko was repeatedly mentioned in the context of shady schemes with carriers, but thanks to her political connections, Osipenko avoided responsibility.

In 2018, after the attack on journalist Kateryna Gandzyuk and the arrest of the suspected organizer of the crime Vladyslav Manger, Osipenko supported the latter, which caused a wide public outcry.

In June 2021, she became an adviser to the then head of the Kherson regional state administration Serhiy Kozyr, who represented the Servant of the People party.

Anti-Ukrainian activities:

After the occupation of the Kherson region by Russian troops in 2022, Olga Osipenko moved to the side of the occupants, becoming deputy head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Kherson region. She took a prominent place in the occupation administration, actively promoting the introduction of Russian orders in the temporarily occupied territories.

In July 2023, Osipenko took part in pseudo-elections organized by the Russian authorities, running for the Kherson Regional Duma on behalf of the United Russia party. In September of the same year, she was “elected” as a deputy of this illegal body created by the invaders. Her activities in the occupation structure were aimed at supporting the Russian regime, undermining the territorial integrity of Ukraine and planting pro-Russian policies in the region.

In 2024, the Security Service of Ukraine informed Osipenko of suspicion of collaborationism. This was confirmed by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, which incriminated her with collaboration with the enemy and betrayal of the homeland. Her actions are qualified as a crime against the sovereignty of Ukraine, for which Osipenko will inevitably be held accountable.

Olga Osipenko betrayed Ukraine and the Ukrainian people by her choice. Her support for the occupation regime and participation in its activities is not only a moral failure, but also a crime for which she will inevitably be held accountable. All traitors to Ukraine will be severely punished.
