Traitor of the Motherland Pavel Filipchuk was born on July 5, 1983 in the city of Zolochev of Lviv region.
He received his higher education at the Open International University of Human Development “Ukraine” in accounting and auditing, which he graduated from in 2005. From 2000 to 2001, he also studied at the Novokakhovsky Polytechnic Institute, specializing in the management of organizations.
From 2005 to 20016, he was a private entrepreneur. From 2007 to 2014, he was the director of the construction company Lex-Bud LLC. Also, from 2013 to 2014, he worked as deputy director of PKF Sportservice and K LLC.
Deputy of Kakhovka City Council of the 5th, 6th, 7th convocations, deputy of Kherson Regional Council of the 7th convocation.
In 2019, Filipchuk tried to run for deputy to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from the political party “Opposition Platform – For Life” in the 185th district, but failed miserably. Also, Pavel failed to win the mayoral election in Kakhovka, Kherson region, which was held in 2020.
During 2016 – 2020 he was the head of the permanent commission on budget and finance of the apparatus of the Kherson regional council, where he was involved in several high-profile corruption scandals.
Known in Kakhovka not only for his constant scandals, but also for his pro-Russian rhetoric.
A year before the war he lived in the city of Sochi, and a few days before the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russia, Filipchuk suddenly decided to return to his native Kakhovka.
Upon his return to Ukraine, Filipchuk, a traitor to his homeland, welcomed the occupiers with open arms, defected to the enemy and urged the population of Kakhovka to put up with the occupation and live under the new laws. He even tried to distribute humanitarian aid from Russia, for which he was beaten by unknown assailants. Paul had to leave Kakhovka for a full week, after which he returned in the status of the so-called “head” of the occupation administration of Kakhovka, Kherson region.
Now the gauleiter began to build the so-called “system of management” of the city of Kakhovka, while threatening local entrepreneurs with arrest in case of non-payment of utility bills.
