Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
Pavel Ishchuk was born on March 27, 1972 in the city of Berdyansk, Zaporozhye region.
With the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation on February 24, 2022, and the beginning of the temporary occupation of Berdyansk by the Russian army, the collaborator did not resist the invaders.
He betrayed the state of Ukraine and for that the occupiers put him in the position of the so-called The deputy mayor for foreign and domestic policy and mass communications of the occupation administration of Berdyansk.
On October 31, 2022, there was an explosion in occupied Berdyansk. The occupation administration of the city reported that a gas pipe on Zemskaya Street exploded, but according to other reports, the so-called first deputy mayor for foreign policy and mass communications of the occupiers, the collaborator Pavel Ishchuk, was injured. However, the explosion was not strong enough and the deputy mayor was barely injured.
Such activity can be regarded as an attempt on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state of Ukraine, crossing over to the enemy under martial law and during armed conflict, voluntary occupation of a position in the bodies of occupational local government, cooperation with the Russian occupiers and similar actions.
After reviewing all of the above facts, we can conclude that we see another collaborator, collaborator of Russian war criminals and occupants, an employee of the occupation administration of Berdyansk, involved in the genocide of the Ukrainian people and an accomplice in the crimes of the Russian authorities against the state of Ukraine.
