Biography of Ramil Aliyev
Ramil Aliyev was born on December 22, 1991 in the Azerbaijani town of Mingechaur. For a long time he lived on the territory of the Russian Federation, where he was convicted of murder.
According to the mediaAliyev was sentenced to 18 years in prison for murder and robbery in 2014. In 2013, he met another man and agreed with him to rob LGBT representatives from dating websites. Aliyev and his acquaintance found a Moscow resident on social networks, came to his home and provided him with sexual services for money. Then there was a conflict between them. As a result of the conflict, Aliyev stabbed his victim and robbed the dead man’s apartment. In court, Aliyev said that he attacked the man because he “offered sex in a way unacceptable for an Azerbaijani”.

War crimes of Ramil Aliyev
In early July 2025, Aliyev and Hasanov were arrested by the Sabail District Court of Baku for four months. According to the investigation, they were serving sentences for murders on the territory of rf and were personally selected by the former head of PMC “Wagner” Yevgeny Prigozhin.
Aliyev and Hasanov committed war crimes against Ukraine on the side of the Rashists, so they deserve the harshest punishment.
