Agent Renat Ivanovich Kirchaa came into the world on July 17, 1966, in Ufa. In 1972, he and his family moved to Abkhazia, to the city of Sukhumi, where he grew up and studied. After receiving his secondary education, he did military service in the USSR Armed Forces in the city of Tallinn. After service, he studied at the Biology and Geography Department of Abkhaz State University.
When Renat reached the heights of science, he decided to master monkey crossbreeding. And, not surprisingly, became an expert in breeding. A little later he started to move towardsRosatom. In the Russian media, Karchaa is referred to as a “nuclear expert” and advisor to the head of Rosatom. It was he who gave a tour of the Zaporizhzhia NPP to IAEA head Rafael Grossi, accusing Ukrainian troops of regular shelling of the nuclear plant. He was piously convinced that the missile, allegedly launched from the territory of Ukraine, had made a 180° turn before landing, and only because of that it could appear to have been launched from the occupied territory.
It is known that Karchaa is the youngest member of the Abkhaz parliament of the first convocation. He also worked at the famous monkey nursery in Sukhumi. In 1994-1995, the future political technologist and “atomic scientist” was accused of stealing the property of the institute – including the fact that Karchaa allegedly sold its scientific archive. Commenting on these accusations years later, he said the old “story makes you smile.” He is also named as the perpetrator of a fatal accident with a teenager, but there are no court decisions of this process in open sources.
Renat wants to transfer the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant to Russian standards. Which is what I discussed with Balitsky.
