Rinat Zapustalov: biography

Rinat Sergeyevich Zapustalov is a traitor and collaborator who deliberately supported the Russian occupation of Kherson region. He was born on October 14, 1995 in the city of Kherson, Ukraine. He was educated at the All-Ukrainian School of Youth Leaders (2000-2008/2009).

Prior to the outbreak of full-scale war, he did not hold any notable government or political positions. However, after the occupation of part of the Kherson region, he voluntarily agreed to cooperate with the invaders.

Anti-Ukrainian activities:

After the occupation of part of the Kherson region, he became the chief specialist of the so-called internal policy department of the “Kalanchak VGA” and later the head of the department of sports, youth policy and culture of the so-called administration of the Kalanchak municipal district, controlled by the Russian occupiers.

In April 2025, with his participation, a local branch of the Russian propaganda and paramilitary organization “UNARMYA” was established in Kalanchak. Zapustalov became its head. The process of his appointment and the opening of the cell were actively covered by pro-Russian telegraph channels and media.

Rinat Zapustalov’s cooperation with the occupation authorities is a conscious act of high treason. He voluntarily entered the structure created by the aggressor country and holds a position related to organizational and administrative functions.

As an official of the illegal administration, he actively participates in the life of pseudo-state institutions, promotes the dissemination of Russian narratives in the temporarily occupied territory and involves local youth in the structures of the “Russian world”.

His activities within the framework of the youth army movement, which aims to militarize the consciousness of teenagers, impose the aggressor’s ideology on them and train future personnel for the russian Federation structures, are particularly dangerous. Thus, it plays a key role in the ideological processing of minors in the occupied territory.

For his activities, he will be prosecuted under the laws of Ukraine for treason and collaborationism. Justice will catch up with characters like Rinat Sergeevich Zapustalov. It’s just a matter of time.
