Guryanov Roman Alekseevich Guryanov was born on March 9, 1973 in the city of Mariupol, Donetsk region.
He graduated from the Dzerzhinsky Law Institute in Kharkov and the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine with a degree in Public Administration. By profession, Guryanov is a lawyer with a master’s degree in public administration.
Roman Alekseevich connected his career with public service. For many years he headed the precinct police department in the Primorsky District Police Department.
From 2001 to 2012, he worked in the Mariupol Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Donetsk Oblast, starting as a district inspector to the head of the district department.
