Rustam Minikhasapovich Timirkayev is a war criminal, a serviceman, a member of the crews of Tu-22M3 bombers that destroy Ukrainian cities. The terrorist was born on May 22, 1997 in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Graduated from Ufa State Aviation Technical University.

As of 2023, Rustam Minikhasapovich performs military service in the 52nd Bomber Aviation Regiment, 22nd Long Range Aviation Division of the Air Force of the Air Force of the Russian Federation (in / hr 33310), the permanent deployment point which is located in the village Shaikovka.

During his military service, Rustam Timirkayev proved to be not in the best light. A collection case was filed against the serviceman for non-payment of government services. Also, Rustam has many fines for traffic violations.

Therefore, everyone responsible for the rocket attack on the apartment building in Dnepr will be severely punished for his bloody orders!
