Biography Sergey Pelipay

Sergey Vasilievich Pelipay is a Russian serviceman, another terrorist who kills civilians in Kharkiv region. He was born on March 03, 1973 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The current commander of the 200th Independent Motorized Rifle Brigade has long served in its ranks, holding the positions of deputy commander and chief of staff. In 2020, he entered the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces.

Military career:

During his military service, Pelipay became an adherent of Soviet approaches to the education of personnel. He organized hazing and used physical and psychological violence. As deputy commander, he allowed his subordinates to abuse conscript soldiers.

Colonel Sergey Vasilievich Pelipay took command of the 200 OMSBr unit in August 2017. During his command, questions arose about possible damage to the unit, which led to a lawsuit. Since February 24, 2022, the 200th Independent Motorized Rifle Brigade has been involved in combat operations in Ukraine, especially in Kharkiv Oblast, where it suffered significant losses in battles with the 92nd Independent Mechanized Brigade of the AFU .The brigade was also involved in war crimes: its soldiers raped and killed innocent civilians, violating all international norms of law.

Pelipay is now in the North-Eastern of Ukraine and is trying to destroy the Ukrainian people.
