Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
Sergei Yakovlevich Leiman was born June 8, 2977 in Tokmak, which is located in Zaporozhye region.
For June 2022 he received a salary of 31500 (last on the list of 28 Tokmac collaborators). Serves the Russian occupiers. Since the full-scale invasion he has supported the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, voluntarily and on his own initiative he agreed to work with the occupation authorities and has been closely cooperating with them since the first days of the war. He actively expresses his pro-Russian position. He gives up people who help the AFU and have pro-Ukrainian views. He took an active part in the referendum on the annexation of Zaporizhzhia region, and repeatedly agitated the residents of Tokmak to cooperate with the occupiers.
Such activities can be regarded as cooperation with pro-Russian terrorist organizations, an attempt on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state of Ukraine, and similar actions.
After reviewing all of the above facts, we can conclude that we see another collaborator, collaborator of Russian war criminals and occupants, an employee of the occupation authorities, who is involved in the genocide of the Ukrainian people and an accomplice to the crimes of the Russian authorities against the state of Ukraine.
