Official at the “work” of the enemy – Sergey Valerianovich Loskutov, born January 20, 1962 in the village of Shevchenkovo, Kharkov region. Sergei would spend his entire life in Shevchenkovo, where he would finish school, get a job in the village council, and betray his own fellow villagers.
