Sergei Pavlov is an enemy agitator, traitor to Ukraine and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, born on October 28, 1956 in Severodonetsk, Luhansk Oblast.

Until February 24, 2022, Sergey lived in Severodonetsk and worked for Novaya Pochta. He received his higher education in The Army Academy named after V. V. Lomonosov. П. Sagaidachny. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukrainian territory by the Russian occupiers, Pavlov sneakily betrayed the Ukrainian people and voluntarily went over to the side of the Russian occupiers.
