Biography:
Sergey Petukhov, a “policeman” and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on January 15, 1981, in the city of Anthracite, Lugansk region.
Until February 24, 2022, Sergey resided in the so-called “LNR. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by the Russian occupants, Petukhov voluntarily became a traitor to Ukraine and a “policeman” in the service of the invaders.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
After Russian occupation forces began their temporary occupation of the territory of Luhansk oblast, Sergey decided to betray his native country. The occupiers were happy about the new “addition” and appointed “senior lieutenant” Petukhov “commander of the inspection group” in the so-called “LNR INTERIOR MINISTRY.
“Politsay” Petukhov was directly involved in committing atrocities against civilians in the Luhansk region. In particular, he participated in “filtration activities” against the population of Luhansk, kidnapping and torture of innocent people.
The crimes of Sergei Petukhov will not go unpunished, and he himself expects an inevitable and harsh punishment, which is approaching him every day closer and closer.
