As a company commander, he committed a number of anti-Ukrainian crimes, such as the blockade of international airports, Sevastopol and Simferopol on the night of February 27-28. The airport invaders made no secret of the fact that their goal was to prevent the heads of Ukrainian security agencies from entering Crimea.

He continued his anti-Ukrainian activities in the illegal and fully controlled by the Russian occupiers “State Council of the Republic of Crimea of the first convocation”, from September 2014 to September 2019.
