Chapni Valentina Ivanovna was born on October 20, 1955 in the city of Mariupol, Donetsk region.
By education, Valentina Ivanovna is a teacher of Russian language and literature. He has a total work experience of more than 35 years. She received the title of “teacher-methodologist”, a specialist of the highest category. Awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Department of Education of the Mariupol City Council.
Prior to the full-scale invasion, she served as deputy director for educational work at the Mariupol educational complex “General Education School-Lyceum of Information Technology” No. 69.
After Russian occupation troops invaded Ukraine in February 2022, Valentina Ivanovna defected to the side of the occupiers. At present, the collaborator cooperates with the occupation authorities in the city of Mariupol and is engaged in the preparation of the training process for the so-called “dnr” program.
Valentina Chapni urged parents of schoolchildren to recognize the Russian curriculum and read Russian textbooks. The traitor continues to support Russian educational standards and promotes anti-Ukrainian sentiments.
For complicity with the occupying forces and her pro-Russian position, Valentina Ivanovna Chapna, a collaborator, will face an imminent punishment, which will soon befall the traitor.
