Valery Viktorovich deliberately promotes pro-Russian narratives. He cooperates with the occupier’s counter-intelligence agencies, surrenders positions to the AFU and patriotically-minded residents.

For his cooperation with the occupiers, he took the place of the head of the occupied village of Shchurovo, Liman Territorial Community.

After the de-occupation of the Donetsk region, Valery will go to prison under Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for treason against his country.
