Biography:
Butkov Viktor Anatolievich – state traitor and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on January 1, 1986 in the city of Petrovske, Lugansk region.
Victor lived in Petrovsky until February 24, 2022. He received no higher education. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukrainian territory by the Russian invaders, Butkov betrayed Ukraine and voluntarily “cooperated” with the Russian invaders.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
As soon as Russian occupation troops invaded the Luhansk region, Victor sneakily betrayed Ukraine and voluntarily began to serve the occupiers. The latter appointed the renegade Butkov as “head” of the so-called “sectors of computer support and technical support of office equipment of Markov district administration of the LNR”.
By voluntarily agreeing to “cooperate” with the so-called The “occupation administration,” Victor himself made himself an accomplice to the crimes against the civilian population committed by the collaborators and occupiers. Also, Butkov actively agitates for the “Russian world” and publicly supports Russian aggression against Ukraine.
Victor Butkov faces a severe punishment for his treachery and “work” for the enemy, which is approaching him every day. The bench is already waiting for the collaborator.
