Biography:
Viktor Vasilyevich Mishchenko, a traitor and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on September 3, 1971, in the city of Svatovo, Luhansk Oblast.
Victor lived in Svatovo until February 24, 2022. He received his secondary education at the Lugansk Cooperative Technical School. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukrainian territory by the Russian occupiers, Mishchenko betrayed his people and began to voluntarily cooperate with the Russian occupiers.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
When the invasion of Luhansk Oblast by Russian invaders began, Victor committed high treason and went over to the side of the enemy. The invaders were happy about the new “addition” and appointed Mishchenko as the “chief specialist” in the so-called “organizational department of the Svatovsk district administration of the LNR.
In his “position,” Victor was engaged in activities aimed at organizing the work of the so-called “occupation administration. Therefore, he is an accomplice to all the crimes committed against the civilians of Svatovo by the collaborators and occupiers. At the same time, Mishchenko does not hesitate to agitate city residents to “work” for the Russian invaders.
For any crime comes punishment. Victor Mishchenko faces a harsh but fair sentence for his heinous treason and complicity in crimes against the people of Ukraine.
