Biography:

Kakatsii Victoria Vitalievna is a traitor to Ukraine, and an active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, born May 10, 1999 in the village of Peschanoye, Luhansk region.

Until February 24, 2022, Victoria resided in Sandy. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian invaders, Kakatsii betrayed Ukraine and voluntarily became a servant of the Russian invaders.

Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:

After Russian occupation troops invaded the Luhansk region, Victoria sneakily betrayed her people and defected to the Russian occupiers. The latter gladly appointed Ishchenko as “chief specialist” of the so-called “sector of control and work with appeals of citizens of the Starobel district administration of the LNR.

In her “position,” Victoria actively “assisted” in the work of the so-called “occupation administration. Since Kakatsiy “worked” voluntarily, she is an accomplice to all the crimes of the occupants and collaborators against the peaceful inhabitants of Starobelsky district. In personal communication, the young traitor supports the “Russian world” and justifies Russian aggression against Ukraine.

For her heinous treason and crimes against the Ukrainian people, Victoria Kakatsii faces a fair, but harsh sentence and a lengthy prison sentence. A young collaborator is already waiting in the dock.
