Klevtsova Victoria Viktorovna was born on February 03, 1971, in the city of Makeyevka, Donetsk region.
Victoria Klevtsova was the head of the legal department of the executive committee in the city of Makeyevka. For many years in a row, the woman was a member of the election commission in local elections in the city and served as deputy chairman of the territorial election commission.
After the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian invaders on the territory of the Donetsk region, the traitor Victoria Viktorovna decided to change her qualifications. The woman was among those “in the first ranks” who voluntarily turned to cooperate with the occupiers and began working in the administrative bodies of the occupiers.
The collaborator was assigned to the Department of Medicine under the occupation authorities in Makiivka. Upon assuming her new position, the traitor, under the guidance of the occupiers, began to conduct an inventory of health care property in local medical institutions. Klevtsova Victoria also signed a document on preparations for the “nationalization” of medical property.
