Victoria Martyn was born on April 24, 1965 in the city of Liman, which is located in the Donetsk region.

After the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian invaders on February 24, 2022, Victoria Alexandrovna supported the policy of the occupation authorities and herself went over to the side of the enemy.

Actively participated personally in pro-Russian rallies. Publicly urged the residents of the above mentioned city to get involved to a pseudo-referendum in the occupied territories. She voluntarily received a Russian passport.
