Vitaly Vasyutinsky: biography
Vitaliy Pavlovich Vasyutinsky was born on September 19, 1982 in the village of Kalanchak, Skadovsky district, Kherson region. In 2006, he graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, where he received a higher education. After graduation he started his career in the financial and construction spheres. He worked as a manager in “Deltabank” and then as a securities accounting specialist in “Industrial Development Fund” CJSC. From 2007 to 2014, Vasyutinsky headed the construction company Valdis Company LLC, based in Kyiv. He was a co-founder and co-owner of this company, which is currently in liquidation. After the Revolution of Dignity in 2014, he returned to his native Kalanchak and started farming, growing crops and vegetables.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
After Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, he voluntarily defected to the invaders, which allowed him to hold a number of key positions in the occupation administration of the Kalanchak settlement. Initially, Vasyutinsky was appointed chief specialist of the financial department of the occupation administration of Kalanchak. Where he was responsible for the redistribution of financial resources in the interests of the Russian authorities. Then he became the head of the department of housing and communal services and improvement. Where he dealt with the issues of communal infrastructure and actively implemented Russian orders. Due to his demonstration of loyalty to the occupation authorities, Vasyutinsky was promoted to deputy head of the military-civil administration of Kalanchak. This gave him more authority in making decisions related to the administration of the captured village. In this position, he contributed to the strengthening of the occupation regime’s position and participated in the propaganda of Russian narratives. In October 2023, after participating in the Russian personnel competition “Leaders of Revival,” Vasyutinsky was appointed head of the Verkhnerogachik municipal district. In this position, he continued his anti-Ukrainian activities, supporting the efforts of the Russian authorities to integrate the temporarily occupied territories into the Russian Federation. The treachery committed by Vasyutynskyy has no excuses and no statute of limitations. He will definitely be justly punished for his crimes against Ukraine and its people.
