Biography:
Barkov Vitaly Vladimirovich – “politsai”, traitor to Ukraine and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on June 10, 1975 in the village of Novoaidar in Luhansk region.
Until February 24, 2022 Vitaly lived in Novoaidar and previously worked in the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. He received his higher education in one of the specialized universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. With the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by Russian occupants, Barkov broke his oath and defected to the side of the Russian invaders.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
When Russian occupation troops entered Novoaidar, Vitaly committed high treason and became a “polizei” at the behest of the occupiers. The latter were delighted with the “addition” and appointed Barkov “officer on duty” in the so-called “Novoaidarsky ROVD of the LNR Interior Ministry.
In his new “position,” Vitaly participated in anti-partisan raids by the “Politsay” and occupants, as well as in so-called “filtration activities” against civilians. Also, Barkov was not squeamish about looting private property that had been abandoned by refugees or belonged to the “detainees.
Former police officer Vitaly Barkov forgot that the hand of the law will punish everyone. In the future, Vitaly will face a harsh sentence and a long imprisonment.
