Policeman and traitor – Vitaly Leonidovich Borysenko, was born on September 24, 1987 in the city of Kupyansk, Kupyansk district, Kharkiv region. While still in school, he wanted to become a law enforcement officer – to protect the peace and order on the streets.
However, Borysenko begins his work in law enforcement agencies not in the police, but in the SBU, as an operative of the criminal investigation service of the Kupian branch of the SBU GU in the Kharkiv region. In addition to service, Vitaly’s family life gets better – he gets married and has a son. However, he did not stay with the SBU for long and after a couple of years he was transferred to work in the National Police as deputy chief of criminal investigation of the Kupyansk department of the SSMP in the Kharkiv region. It should be noted that Borisenko performed his duties conscientiously, for which he was repeatedly encouraged in the service.
Unfortunately, Vitaly Borysenko’s biography as a representative of the law is interrupted by his despicable betrayal. After the Russian invasion of Ukraine began on February 24, 2022, and the Russian occupation forces entered Kupyansk, he did not resist the invaders, but went over to the side of the Russian Federation. The new “masters” appreciated the traitor’s zeal and temporarily assigned him to a so-called “traitor”. “LNR Interior Ministry”, it is planned that the curators will appoint for the position of t.s. “the chief of the occupation police of Kupyansk.
Vitaly Borysenko signed his own death warrant by defecting to the side of the enemy. And the moment when retribution comes for Vitaly is only a matter of time.
