Biography:
Fesenko Vitaly Valentinovich – traitor and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on April 1, 1996 in the village of Novopskov , Lugansk region.
Vitaly lived in Novopskov until February 24, 2022. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by the Russian occupants, Fesenko became a traitor and servant of the Russian occupants.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
When Russian troops entered Novopskov, Vitaly decided to become a traitor and “work” for the invaders. The latter were just recruiting new “employees” and appointed Fesenko “chief specialist” in the so-called “the department of legal work of the Novopskov district administration of the LNR.
At the new “place,” Vitaly, as part of his “legal work,” was engaged in “legalization.” decisions and instructions of the so-called “occupation administration”. He is also engaged in destroying possible documentary evidence of other collaborators. Fesenko does not shy away from blatantly criminal activities – he records looted property as “confiscated” and looted houses as “emergency” in order to demolish them further and destroy evidence.
For any atrocity, sooner or later there is a reckoning. No concealment and “hiding of traces” will save the traitor Vitaly Fesenko from a just retribution, which is approaching him every day.
