Vitaly Ganchev was born on May 24, 1975 in the glorious city of Kharkov. Vitaly studied at Kharkov School No. 31 and graduated in 1990, just before the collapse of the Soviet Union. As a teenager, Vitaly was often humiliated by his peers for his, to put it mildly, marginal lifestyle. He did not, of course, change his way of life, but he learned his lesson “correctly” and in order to gain “status and power” he entered the Kyiv National Academy of Internal Affairs in 2004.
After graduating from the academy in 2008, he is employed as a police officer by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region. Basically, he lived like the stereotypical “trash” – bribes, a leather jacket, a bald haircut, in general, the whole package. By the way, Vitaly never ignored bribes and “solutions” to issues, always happy to “help” those in need. Thanks to the “services” of hiding criminals from prosecution, he was able to pay for a vacation in Egypt, the photo with the pyramids and the smile clearly show that Vitaly’s life was “successful.
But, in 2014, after the events of Euromaidan in Kiev and the beginning of Russia’s aggressive policy against Ukraine, it became slightly “problematic” for the representative of the “old” government to take bribes, and he betrays Ukraine for money, escapes to the temporarily occupied Luhansk, and becomes a member of the so-called MIA. “LNR. The pro-Russian terrorists were not left in debt and appointed the traitor to the position of the so-called “the head of the economic security department of the LNR Interior Ministry. As they say in circles close to Ganchev, “the kid stepped up.
Somehow, miraculously, he managed not to fall into the hands of Ukrainian justice, and he felt quite well under his new “masters. The latter, in turn, generously paid for Vitaly’s work to terrorize their own fellow citizens in the temporarily uncontrolled territory of Ukraine, thanks to which Ganchev did not greatly regret his act.
With the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, the Russian handlers gave Vitaly a new task – to “bring order”, or rather to destroy the Ukrainian Resistance in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kharkov region. In order to successfully accomplish this task, he is assigned the so-called “the head of the occupation administration of the Kharkov region.
The Kharkov partisans are already ready to punish the traitor and are just waiting for an opportunity to get even with Vitaly Ganchev for terrorizing, kidnapping and killing civilians. And Vitaly can only pay them back with his life.
