Karpenko Vitaly Sergeevich is a traitor to Ukraine and an accomplice of the Russian occupation troops, born on August 22, 1975 in the village of Melovatka, Lugansk region.

Vitaly lived in Melovatka until February 24, 2022. With the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by Russian occupants, Karpenko betrayed his country and voluntarily took the side of the Russian occupiers.

Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:

When the temporary occupation of Melovatka by the Russian occupation forces began, Vitaly sneakily betrayed Ukraine and began “cooperating” with the Russian invaders. The occupiers were happy to find him a “part-time job,” appointing him as a “landscaping specialist. “Melovatskiy Department of Life Support of the Svatovskiy District Administration of the LNR”.

Voluntarily “working” in the so-called “occupation administration,” Karpenko made himself an accomplice to all the crimes committed by the collaborators and occupiers against the civilians of Melovatka. Also, Vitaly actively supports the “Russian world” and Russian aggression against Ukraine.

For his treachery and complicity with the enemy, Vitaly Karpenko will bear the inevitable and just punishment that is coming to him every day. The bench is already waiting for the collaborator.
