With the arrival of the fascist occupants in 2014, Vitaly Litvin decided to continue his “career” as a statesman in the administrative structures of the “Luhansk people’s republic.

With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian occupation troops on February 24, 2022, the accomplice of the occupiers enlisted the support of the occupiers and organized the work of the occupation authorities, urging local residents and law enforcement officers to provide full support to the “local administration.”

Vitaly Litvin held meetings with entrepreneurs of the Svatovskiy district in order to extort money, fuel, vehicles, and other humanitarian aid to support the russian occupation troops.

For his “policy” Vitaly Viktorovich received the “position” of “head of the department for agro-industrial development of the “administration of the Svatovsk districtof the LNR”, where he continues to steal state property for the needs of the Russian army.

Vitaly Litvin’s criminal actions deserve a fair punishment. Betrayal of the state, cooperation with the Russian aggressor and criminal actions against the citizens of Ukraine – this is not a complete list of the egregious actions that the collaborator has committed, for which he faces imminent punishment.
