Lifeguard in the “service” of the occupants – Vitaly Vasilyevich Luchakov, born May 5, 1991 in the village of Stanitsa Luganskaya, Lugansk region. Vitaly studied at Secondary School No. 2. Even as a child, Luchakov wanted to become a lifeguard, which would determine his future profession. By the way, his father, Vasily Luchakov, is a colonel in the civil protection service.
After graduating from school in 2009, Vitaly entered the National University of Civil Defense of Ukraine. After studying at the university, Luchakov moved to Belovodsk settlement for service. He served in the 28th Fire and Rescue Unit of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Lugansk region. At the same time, Vitaly had an unprecedented career growth – at the age of thirty he became the head of the unit. Perhaps he was helped by the “patronage” from his father. Luchakov was positively characterized during his service, and had no disciplinary penalties.
Unfortunately, Vitaly turned out to be a traitor. With the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, and the arrival of Russian occupants in Belovodsk, Vitaliy Luchakov betrayed Ukraine and went over to the side of the enemy. The occupiers decided to keep him in his “position” but under an enemy flag. Now Vitaly is the “chief” of the so-called “The 28th Fire and Rescue Unit of the LNR Emergencies Ministry. It has been established that Vitaly Luchakov follows all the instructions of the so-called “occupation administration” and was directly involved in the terrorization of civilians of Belovodsk and Stanytsia Luhanska.
For violation of the oath and “service” to the enemy, Vitaly Luchakov faces imminent and severe retribution, which is approaching with each passing day.
