Biography:
Shatskikh Vitaliy Vladimirovich – “rescuer”, traitor and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on October 17, 1991 in the village of Petropavlovka , Lugansk region.
Vitaly lived in Petropavlovka until February 24, 2022. He did not receive a higher education. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by the Russian occupants, Shatskikh went over to the side of the Russian occupiers and became a traitor to Ukraine.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
As soon as the Russian invaders entered Petropavlovka, Vitaly vilely betrayed his native country and volunteered to “help” the enemy. The occupiers appointed Shatskikh as a “rescuer” in the so called “occupation. “32nd Fire and Rescue Unit of the LNR Emergencies Ministry,” which is “stationed” in the city of Schastye.
However, Vitaly was not engaged in saving people, but together with other collaborators and occupants looted abandoned refugee houses in the city, and participated in the so-called “filtration measures” against the civilian population of Shchastia. At the same time, the Russian occupants assured Shatskikh that he would not face any threats for the crimes committed against people.
But, Vitaly Shatskikh needs to know that no one will save him from a fair and imminent retribution. And for his crimes, he will spend many years in a cold prison cell.
