Biography:
Bodelan Vladimir Ruslanovich – traitor and collaborator who betrayed his country and believed in the future of the “Russian world“, was born on April 08, 1975. Son of former Odessa mayor Ruslan Bodelan.
From 2010 to 2014, Vladimir Bodelan was the head of the State Emergency Situations Service Department in Odessa region.
On May 2, 2014, he delayed the arrival of firefighters to the burning House of Trade Unions. The mass deaths of pro-Russian fighters occurred as a consequence. In the wake of these events, Bodelan was sent into retirement.
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian occupation troops, the man was among those traitors and accomplices of the occupation regime who, in the first days of the war, switched to the enemy side and became puppets in the hands of pro-Russian pseudo-government officials in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
Voluntarily and on his own initiative, Vladimir Bodelan went to cooperate with the occupation authorities.
He fled to Russian-occupied Crimea, where he began to receive various positions from the occupation authorities. In particular, he worked as the head of the Center for Strategic Studies of Civil Protection in Simferopol and as an assistant to the occupation head of Crimea. He also worked as deputy head of the occupation administration of Simferopol district.
Now Vladimir Bodelan holds the position of deputy gauleiter of Kherson region and head of the occupation representation of Kherson region in Moscow.
While “working” in a management “position” in the so-called. of the “occupation administration”, Volodymyr was characterized by openly anti-Ukrainian views. For example, he publicly supports rf aggression in the war against Ukraine and “Russian peace”. Also, the collaborator Bodelan participates in joint propaganda activities with the Russians and their henchmen. Participated in the organization and holding of an illegitimate referendum, voted “for” the accession of Kherson region to the russian Federation.
The traitor Bodelan Vladimir Ruslanovich will answer to the tribunal for his assistance and cooperation with the Russian occupation power. The accomplice of the occupiers and terrorists, as well as all other collaborators will receive just punishment.
